Governance-centered digital planning platform for Barangay Development Planning, investment programming, monitoring, documentation, and institutional governance modernization.

1. Platform Purpose

The ForgePath Barangay Planning Suite is designed to support barangays, local planning teams, and governance stakeholders in the preparation, organization, analysis, documentation, and generation of Barangay Development Plans, investment programs, governance reports, and related institutional outputs.

2. Responsible Use

Users agree to utilize the platform responsibly, ethically, and professionally. The platform shall not be used for unauthorized access, malicious activities, falsification of governance data, abuse of institutional workflows, or any activity that compromises data integrity, governance processes, or system security.

3. Governance Data & Documentation

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded datasets, narratives, planning information, resolutions, investment data, and governance documents are accurate, lawful, and authorized for use within the barangay planning and governance process.

Important: This platform assists in governance planning and documentation workflows, but official approval, validation, adoption, and implementation of plans remain subject to applicable laws, DILG guidelines, local resolutions, and official government processes.

4. Access & Account Approval

Access to the platform may require email verification, administrative approval, payment verification, and institutional validation depending on the nature of the requested services and governance modules.

  • Email verification confirms account ownership.
  • Administrative approval activates platform access.
  • Premium governance modules may require payment verification.
  • Accounts may be suspended for violations or misuse.

5. Data Privacy & Security

The platform implements governance-oriented access controls, monitoring, and security mechanisms intended to protect institutional data and system integrity. Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and login credentials.

6. Intellectual Property

The software platform, system architecture, planning workflows, templates, automation features, and supporting documentation are the intellectual property of the system owner or licensed provider, unless otherwise specified in a written agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The system owner or licensed provider shall not be held liable for governance decisions, policy actions, implementation outcomes, or institutional actions arising from misuse, inaccurate encoding, unauthorized submissions, or improper interpretation of planning outputs generated through the platform.

8. Updates & Platform Improvements

The platform may continuously evolve through feature updates, governance enhancements, security improvements, workflow modernization, automation upgrades, and institutional integration improvements in support of digital governance transformation.
